The Blenheim Sun Newspaper is a free weekly published on Wednesday mornings. Circulating to all of Marlborough. Established by partners in business and life, Katrina and Les Whiteside, The Sun newspaper filled a much needed gap for a lively, Marlborough owned and operated “local” paper. The couple brought huge newspaper experience into their new venture in 2002, having both had careers in newspapers and publishing.
The Blenheim Sun Newspaper set out to be different from the start, with bright, bold and brash editorial with impressive advertising and graphic design. The community quickly embraced The Sun as it’s own, recognising not only the importance of excellent content, unrivalled coverage to every mailbox. Business flourished for advertisers with the excellent response to their promotions and The Sun quickly emerged as the leading source of midweek action. We are located at 72 High St, in the heart of Blenheim’s town centre.
In April 2010, The Sun joined the electronic world and put it's newspaper online. From their website, you can now download a current copy of the newspaper or view one of their archived copies.
