Duncannon is the newest accommodation complex in Marlborough and was designed to accommodate seasonal workers and travellers who are or intending to work in the Marlborough district. Duncannon also caters for visitors who wish to explore the Marlborough sites or sample the wines.
Set on 5 acres of land alongside the Opawa River, we offer a spacious and friendly environment for guests to reside, with numerous entertainment areas for leisure and recreation activities. Situated at the rear of the property, away from the State Highway, Duncannon is a private and quiet location with plenty of off street parking. The property features 98 accommodation rooms, each with two beds. We have a large laundry, two shared ablution blocks and dining halls, plus a small gym, ping pong room and TV rooms with sky. We have wireless internet throughout the site and an internet café.
To make getting to Duncannon easier, we offer airport and I-site transfers.

Here at Duncannon, we believe in actively supporting our community. Therefore, we donate all of the proceeds from our supermarket shuttle bus to a charity at the end of each year.
