Advance Construction HB Limited is a Hawkes Bay-based company which is owned and operated by local builders, Boris van Zijll de Jong and Lars Janson. We are certified builders who can cater for any type of residential building, from large new house builds to decks and fences.  We have a range of set plans for new houses that can be used as a starting point and manipulated to suit your individual needs.  We can also do one-off design-and-build; or we can build off your own plans.

Our company is well-known for achieving a high standard of building, and this is reflected in the homes we build.  We currently have a show home at 4 Lowry Place in Frimley which is available to view by appointment.
